Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Cabin (Bed 5): Mar to Oct on request, sleeps 2.

Although the house can accommodate up to 8 guests, The Headland could also suit smaller parties of 2 and 4 as the house feels intimate, cosy and comfortable throughout. This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.
