Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful seaside house 5 minutes' walk from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village on the west side of the island. Tastefully furnished in white, blue and light blue tones, it is in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed on 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen-dining room, and a loft with sofa bed. Outside there are various shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

The structure and furnishings, as much as possible, have remained those of the past. Now the interior looks vintage with recovered objects. We are a 6/7-minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc. Our town has, in the center, a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m, and nearby there are forests that provide an alternative to a day at the beach. From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa, Montecristo and Argentario...... Given the altitude, the temperature is always pleasant.
