A large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area can accommodate up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden, nature, open air and the river.

The entrance to the apartment of the Mei building, in the heart of the small castle, is located in a pretty square with a fountain that opens onto a hilly landscape that extends to Monte Conero. The building has housed 3 Mayors of the Municipality of Barbara, Mei Gervasio (1877 – 1905) Mei Camillo (1906 - 1914) and Capotondi Mario (1995 – 2004). In the apartment there is a terrace from which to admire the roofs of the village and the splendid Apennine chain up to Monte Catria.
