Stacked apartment with 1 bedroom now air-conditioned (new since May 2023) in the historic center of Avignon, with a mix of contemporary & typical Provençal touches. Located in a pedestrian street just 5 minutes walk from the Pope Palace. There is no car park in front of the building. Public car parks are at walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without lift, which offers stunning views on the Pope Palace & the roofs. Very Quiet.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d 'Ardèche, comfortable and fully equipped, located 100 m walk to the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our hosts have the possibility of having an inflatable paddle board for walks along the gratis Ardèche (do not hesitate to ask ) and as well as coffee. It is a brand new 40 m2 apartment attached to a house. There's a reversible air conditioner. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 beds of 140*190 of very good quality TV, Wi-Fi, toilet, bathroom, washing machine and dressing room. I provide bedding, towels, shower foam and toilet paper. There is the crocodile farm (5 km), the Château de Grignan (20 km), the Gorges de l'Ardèche (20 km), water ski lift (5 km) CNPE du Tricastin is 5 minutes away.
