Detached house with large garden

Detached stone house, furnished with local traditional objects and family memories. The spaces are organized on two floors: below the dining room, the half bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with the fireplace; on the mezzanine floor, the small library with two comfortable armchairs; finally, above the bathroom with the shower, the double bedroom, the bedroom with bunk beds and finally the bedroom with single beds. The highlight of the house is the large garden overlooking the mountains.

The cabin is located in the hamlet of Luca (Municipality of Vinadio) in the valley Dell'Ischiator. In summer it can be reached by car, while in winter, after the first snowfall the road is closed, so the cabin is no longer usable until spring. The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
