Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a clothes washer. Dogs are welcome for an additional 25€ fee. The mandatory Todi Stay Tax of 1,50€ / pp (max 6,00€ pp) is not included.

The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
