Newly renovated 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment with a private entrance, 4 minutes to the city center, 7 minutes to the train. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with parking. Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long term rental, a reservation is made for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

The apartment is within walking distance of Langesund with the concert venue Wrightegaarden, great swimming beaches and rocks as well as the coastal path for nice hikes. There are also good fishing opportunities in the lake. Fishing from land is popular so you don't necessarily have to go out in a boat. In Langesund you will find several eateries (Papas Pizza, Viktoria, Langesund Landhandel, Bobben, Solsiden and others) and streets with charming old wooden houses. An idyllic town with a good holiday vibe.

Stay at the very edge of the beach, with a pier and beach !

Panoramic view of the Eidangerfjord! Garden room and private patio with fire pit. The apartment is located on a wall with the host and his family (quiet), pier and beach are shared by both. The area is scenic, marked hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Restaurant and kiosk a stroll away. Boat rental on request. Free parking on the property with possibility for electric car charging. Non- party and noise! Ps! Garden and outdoor area are undergoing upgrading spring and summer 2025. Work will occur.

Settle in and enjoy extra good space at this spacious place. Hiking trail in the immediate vicinity and after 2 km of forest trail you are in great free area with swimming facilities. Short way to the grocery store and bus. Spacious and well equipped apartment and kitchen with new dishwasher, induction hob, counter oven and crockery and utensils. Bathroom has new washing machine and new heat pump is installed in the apartment.

Cozy apartment with river view

Hyggelig og moderne leilighet med kort vei til Skien sentrum. Porsgrunn er bare en liten tur unna. Kollektivtrafikk rett på utsiden. Nydelig utsikt til elva i fra en romslig balkong. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Jeg leier den ut ofte da jeg er mye ute og reiser så tilgjengelighet vil variere. Når dere leier har jeg selvfølgelig ikke tilgang til leiligheten.
