Central residence with 5 bedrooms

Bright and nice home with 5 bedrooms centrally located in Porsgrunn close to the university. Tollskogvegen 6 is the address. Spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a large and a small balcony to enjoy warm days and late evenings. Balcony is equipped with lounge set, dining group, parasol, gas grill and sun loungers. A total of 5 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, as well as a sofa bed from bolia which will be 150x200. Bed measurements are 90: 1 120: 2 150: 3 180: 2. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room for a lot of people but is a shower only.

Big house in the center with walking distance to "everything"!

Very good, house in Porsgrunn city center with free parking for several and large cars. The house has two large bedrooms + a sleeping alcove, with a window. The house has two floors & two bathrooms. The house is equipped with everything you need for both short and longer stays. Large, airy, rooms with good ceiling height and plenty of space. One bathroom has stylish, bathtub, washing machine and dryer while the second bathroom has a shower cubicle. Open kitchen and living room. All of the city center amenities are in the immediate vicinity

Lovely house 100m to beach

New house of 211 square is rented upon agreement. 100m to "private" beach and jetty or 400m to Mulevarde swimming area and 2km to Olavsberget. Large furnished porch with very good sun conditions. 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms + loft living room as possible sleeping space if needed. Big living room with 65 inch tv. Well-equipped modern kitchen and large laundry room. Large courtyard with carport, electric car charger, space for 5 cars. Great gym in the garage. Children's toys and equipment if needed. Untreathe and Coastal Trail immediate vicinity

Nice Large studio in Brevik with Panorama view

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence with panoramic views of the fjord, walking distance to shops, eateries and to the sea with a swimming area. There is large apartment in 1.etch., own staircase and entrance, 91 square meters, 3 bedrooms, living room with sleeping sofa and 3 leather chairs, Fireplace oven, heat pump. In the bathroom, the washbasin, shower cubicle, washer and dryer, combined sink and dryer, kitchen and small room next door, have free parking space. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Wonderful modern holiday home with great sea view

Quiet and quiet space with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so has no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax to enjoy the sun and the view. There are large flats/porch with garden furniture. It's a furnished garden room Shared access to private beach 2-3 min walk Hope you enjoy yourselves as much as we are at this wonderful place. The house is central and well equipped. Free parking on the property.

Spacious 161 sqm house perfect for family Close to the sea with a large patio and its own football field. Short distance to boat launch and several beaches: Mule Varde (15 min walk), Tangen Friområde (10 min walk), Olavsberget (5 min car), Rørastranda (10 min car) and Brønnstadbukta (15 min car). Newer single-family home near the sea and the city.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. There is room for 2 families. Includes roof terrace. There you can enjoy the sun and barbecue if desired. There is a 20 minute walk to the city center. 10 minutes by car to various bathing places. We also have a small family cat, but it lives outside and is taken care of by others during their stay,but it is allowed to say hello if desired. You are welcome 😀

Feriested med privat strand

Idyllisk hus med direkte tilgang til havet. Huset er et ideelt feriested for 2-3 familier. Stedet er barnevennlig og en kan nyte solrikedager i hagen, på privat strand og brygge. Båt medfølger, 15 fots tehri, 25 hk. Huset er fullt utstyrt med det som trengs for et behagelig opphold. Alle senger vil være oppredd ved ankomst. Det er gåavstand til brotovet som er det lokale kjøpesenteret på Stathelle.

Modern house in a quiet setting

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly renovated house in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A total of four bedrooms. Two double beds and two single beds. Also has an air mattress 150 cm that can be used in addition. Child-friendly house with child-proofing in living room. Don't want animals, party or smoke!
