¡ BIENVENIDOS! Ha este fantástico apartamento. Dispone de una terraza de 40 metros cuadrados , el lugar perfecto para tomar el sol, cenar o pasar veladas agradables con su familia y/o amigos. Tiene mesa, 6 sillas, 3 hamacas, sofa y 2 butacas y por supuesto barbacoa con vistas parciales al mar. Dispone de un baño con ducha totalmente reformado, 2 habitaciones una con una cama de matrimonio y la tra 2 camas individuales con sus aires acondicionados La cocina comunica con la sala comedor.otra

Olvídate de las preocupaciones en este gran alojamiento: ¡es un oasis de tranquilidad! El piso esta bañado con luz natural. Primera planta con ascensor, tiene una gran terraza en L, rodeada de adelfas. A 30 segundos de la playa. 2 dormitorios dobles (uno con cama de 160 x 200 cms y otro con dos camas individuales de 90 x 200 cms) Amplio salón comedor con gran ventanales y con aire acondicionado. Baño con ducha, nuevo.Cocina recién reformada. Terraza con mesa redonda. WIFI y parking cubierto.

Bonito apartamento de 56 m2 a solo 300 metros de la playa con terraza de 10 m2, Reformado y moderno, cocina totalmente equipada. Aparcamiento propio. En Es Pinaret, zona muy tranquila, a 5 minutos paseando de la playa y del centro del pueblo. Muy cerca del supermercado que tiene abierto todos los días de la semana, de restaurantes y bares. Primer piso con escalera muy amplia, ideal para dos viajeros que quiera disfrutar de la playa, relax, ver naturaleza o hacer deporte por el norte de la isla

The apartment has access to a covered terrace and two private garden areas. The community offers a large pool with several sunbathing areas as well as extensive landscaped gardens. You can use the swimming pool but then sunbathe and relax in your private garden metres away from the water!

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
