Amazing property overlooking the Sea " Mestral"

The living area of approc. 80 sqm are divided into a large dining area/saloon with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and two terraces, one facing the sea, the other one facing the mountains and the village. The light living area is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, satelite TV (Astra, mainly German channels), hifi-system with iPod-plug and DVD. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.

Enjoy your holiday in Mallorca from our beautiful apartment in Port de Soller with a stunning valley view from the terrace. Our charming and stylish apartment is located in a tranquil and green area, situated on a hill overlooking the mountains. 800 meters downhill to the beach, the promenade, the restaurants and the amazing bay view and it's fishing port. The house has a sunny terrace (35m2), a shared community pool, a spacious living room and three romantic bedrooms with two bathrooms.

A spacious sleeping area features a wooden four-poster bed with cushioned pillows. Large glass doors provide a view of panoramic mountain scenery. A cozy seating area includes a rattan side table and a comfortable chair, set against a backdrop of natural light.

About a 5-minute walk away is Puerto de Soller Beach, with the Soller Train station nearby.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
