Holiday rentals in Port Ellen

This place is in a perfect location for exploring the north coast - special shout out to Bothy’s coffee for the best breakfasts and cinnamon swirls! The views of the ocean are exactly as described and quite breathtaking.

The cottage is an extremely comfortable and warm haven. Set in picturesque surroundings at the end of a farm track. It is extremely well equipped and the large hallway and utility/ drying area was excellent for all our coats and shoes etc. I would definitely recommend this place x

Had a lovely stay at Marna’s place, was a great size and in a great central location. Marna was very friendly and helpful whenever I got in touch. A beautiful property, hope to stay again soon :)

The photos don't do the view justice. It was beautiful! The house was well laid out and plenty of room for my fairly large family group. I would have been happy there for even longer had we had the time.

Clean, comfortable and cosy cottage in a beautiful location. The welcome pack was a very thoughtful touch!!

Karen is the most wonderful host. She went above and beyond in every way, from before we arrived, right up until the last day. Couldn’t have asked for more and she ensured we had the most lovely stay. Daisy cabin was clean, spacious and absolutely perfect for our 10 day break on Islay. The log burner made every evening feel special and the wood-fired hot tub was a real treat, particularly as it was tucked away with a view of the pine wood. The grounds of the cabin are restful and private and overlook a field where we saw white-tailed sea eagles, lapwings, hares and deer. At night we had the sound of a tawny owl keeping us company. Lovely memories of staying at the cabin. It helped to make a perfect honeymoon. Thank you Karen :-)

Typisch schottisches Haus, sehr geräumig, gemütlicher Wintergarten. Zu den Destilleries kann man gut zu Fuß gehen

Stunning location opposite distillery, 2 mins walk from beach and town centre. The burn running through the back runs under the road to the distillery. Former cooperman's house, still in same family. Very comfortable & peaceful. Loved it.

Een kleine pod die er van binnen ruimer uit ziet. Het bed (deels ingebouwd) is even wennen. Allerlei voorzieningen aanwezig, die je niet altijd verwacht. De host was erg vriendelijk, altijd even kketsen als we haat tegenkwamen. Fantastisch uitzicht op het water vanuit een verhoogde positie, daardoor redelijk afgeschermd van de openbare weg. Vind je niet zomaar zonder de duidelijke instructies vand de host. Als je van honden houdt: er lopen er twee los die af en toe even vriendelijk hoi komen zeggen, evenals een enkel schaap of hertje in de buurt. Genoten!
