This is not a luxury home but comfortable. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and another bathroom accessible to all on the second floor. All 3 bathrooms have shower stalls with no bath tub. One will find an additional restroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Kitchen is small, situated on a corner with large windows facing 2 directions where one can look out to left at a small court yard, with a large round table, available to guests and to the right a large public access court yard.

Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. La Ferme du Loucel, with the first part built in 1673, is a 4-hectare estate in Colleville-sur-Mer, Omaha Beach. Les Lilas is a small 50 m² house with a small private garden, a south-facing terrace and it is on one level. The American cemetery is less than 2 km away, and the beach is 1.2 km away.
