NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

The Parish Room is the former youth club from the days when house was owned by the Diocese of York. It has been extensively renovated and is now a cosy little guest studio perfect for a romantic weekend away or as a base to explore the local area. The annex has its own entrance, ensuite shower room and small kitchenette. We have a keysafe so you can check in any time from 3pm onwards.
