Each room (bedrooms and living room), features its own air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort throughout the year, whether you need to stay cool or cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. Supermarkets, El Corte Inglés shopping centre, pharmacy, playground with outdoor café, children's amusement park, Canalejas park with large ficus trees. The sea, Esplanade promenade and port are a 5-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Groups of friends are not allowed, because the neighbours are elderly and complain about noise.
