Supermarkets, El Corte Inglés shopping centre, pharmacy, playground with outdoor café, children's amusement park, Canalejas park with large ficus trees. The sea, Esplanade promenade and port are a 5-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Groups of friends are not allowed, because the neighbours are elderly and complain about noise.
