Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located home. The apartment can't be more beautiful and being in a better area you have everything a walk away is located in a privileged enclave to tour the city and its walking corners. Get to know its wonderful beaches , spectacular gastronomy and history all with an enviable climate. We will be glad to recibrite. El Corte Inglés is a one-minute walk away, the bus and Renfe stations are five minutes away, and the Esplanade and the Old Town are just ten metres away.

Supermarkets, El Corte Inglés shopping centre, pharmacy, playground with outdoor café, children's amusement park, Canalejas park with large ficus trees. The sea, Esplanade promenade and port are a 5-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Groups of friends are not allowed, because the neighbours are elderly and complain about noise.
