One bedroom on the main and an additional upstairs for up to 2 extra guests - same booking. Deck, sunporch, AC, fully equipped. Would suite mature and senior travelers. Lovely pond and private/quiet location. October to March is discounted for off season PLUS I will reimburse the Airbnb fee (in cash upon arrival if you book for a month)!!! Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

From the hilltop you get a partial view of water and pier.Hear the fishing boats as they pass to go into Port to unload their catch (the action starts around noon). Port is full of excitement: enjoy the theatre, public library, many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, and Beaches.
