Excellent stay in Anne and Nicolas's house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. We had a great weekend for our friend's EVJF at Fabienne's place. The place is beautiful, quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for meeting with girlfriends. The pool and garden were clearly unanimous! Fabienne was adorable and very available, everything went really well. Thank you again for hosting us!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.

Very nice stay. The house is very warm and well-equipped. In a cul-de-sac it is relatively quiet. Plus when you have dogs like us: the woods at the end of the cul-de-sac are ideal for walking them. The fireplace provides cozy comfort. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/toilets. Is there any better compliment? Well, there's a bonus with the home cinema and thousands of varied books for avid readers like me. Not to mention all the board games for kids. You'd just need to add some cutlery but that's a detail. We'll be happy to go back.
