We offer 4 fixed sleeping places, a double bed (2 × 2 m), another double bed (1.8 × m) and a single bed (sofa bed), as well as a single mattress, which can be used if necessary. The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen with normal amenities and a modern bathroom with a bathtub and large shower, as well as a balcony with a view… There is a dining area, as well as a smart TV. The TV Tower, the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument and the city center of Minden are easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you!

Calm and cosy level-access bedsitter apartment with shower bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster... Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
