Portaferry Home with a View

Newly refurbished Northern Ireland Tourist Board Certified 1 bed self catering cottage attached to our house (cot is also available on request). Private courtyard and decking area ideal for a coffee in the sun or an alfresco dinner with BBQ facility. The cottage is situated on a small holding, with countryside views. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is available to the front of the property. We are a 20 min walk from Knockinelder Beach & 5 min drive (30 min walk) to Portaferry village.

The house dating from the early 1800's, with a later extension, has living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom. There are great views across Strangford Lough to the coastal village of Portaferry. Strangford village is a great location near historic houses, castles and the Mourne mountains. It has great restaurants, pubs and perfect for Game of Thrones enthusiasts.
