Dedicated outdoor space offers parking and alfresco dining. The village shop and pub are a short walk. Porthleven, with excellent harbour-side restaurants, is a 5 minute drive. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

Ideal for couples or a family looking for a long or short stay, a spacious three-bedroom former net loft and fisherman's cottage that is pet-friendly with an enclosed courtyard and garden in the beautiful Cornish fishing village of Porthleven. We have Wi-Fi, a large kitchen/diner, and two sitting rooms, one with a wood burner and both with smart TVs. We are a short stroll to the beach and harbour with its award-winning restaurants and a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops, gym and market.

This traditional cottage retains many original features and oozes character and charm whilst also updated to ensure it's comfortable, cozy and warm with a great wood burning stove for winter. There is a south facing garden with a patio area for outside dining in the sun.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
