Light, Bright, Modern Apartment, view to the river

Lovely cosy studio in the heart of Portimão, in the Algarve. Recently, refurbished ,two single beds and a sofa. This is the perfect place to those who do not like the noise from the holidaymakers not so far from the beach and a stunning bright space. In the morning, you draw the curtains and see the amazing sunrise under the river. We also have transfer services from the airport to the flat if you need it. Third floor flat and no lift. However, with a great view!

Beachfront apartment with sea view, very bright, and you can hear the waves hitting the sand. The location is fantastic; you step out of the building's door, and you're on the promenade of Praia da Rocha. In just a 4-minute walk, you're on the beach. In fact, you can access everything just by walking - supermarkets, restaurants, bars, surf schools, water adventures, etc. And when you return from your activities, you are in a calm and peaceful environment.

My place is located in a residential area approximately 8 mins drive to the popular Praia da Rocha, as well as Praia du Vau, and the popular town of Alvor. Furthermore, just a 5 mins walk to a few local cafes, 2 nice traditional portuguese restaurants and a 5-10mins drive to Aqua Portimão shopping mall. One private parking spot in underground garage and a nice large shared pool at building entrance. Everything you need for a comfy stay in the Algarve.
