Nice to have you! This apartment was made exclusively for AIRBNB guests, with a modern kitchen, laundry, bedroom, bathroom, Wi-Fi and a beautiful sunset view from the balcony. CAREFULLY read the rules, especially about check-in, check-out (making exceptions is difficult due to the building's rules), cleaning and organization. REMEMBER that Airbnb is not a hotel, but rather a temporary rental system, where everything is scheduled. I don't rent outside of AIRBNB. We DO NOT accept animals. 220v. - See you.

For work or leisure, our studio offers security (24-hour concierge in person), a perfect location and everything brand new inside. We are at: > 700 meters from Shopping Iguatemi; > 600 meters from Hospital Conceição; > 1.8 km from the American Consulate (R$ 8 by Uber). Excellent apartment; all renovated, in an excellent location. Garage and laundry right next door, supermarkets, bars, cafes, snack bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Half a block from Santa Casa Hospital, one block from Hotel Plaza São Rafael and a 10-minute walk to Redenção Park. Also close to the Guaíba waterfront and Cais Embarcadero. Perfect for those who like to walk or cycle to explore the historic center. Bicycles for rent half a block from the apartment.
