Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fior di Roccia is an intimate and refined place on the bay of Santo Stefano. Four bedrooms with double beds, all with large windows, balcony and sea view. Large living room and dining room overlooking the garden and bay. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Contemporary design touches alternate with modern pieces. The garden is a privileged observatory of the liveliness of the bay with various relaxation areas.

The Bandita dei Bovi

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.

"L'Assolata" Cottage in Tuscany

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

The cave

My place is in the old town. It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). NB: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book for at least for 3 people.
