You will be able to relax in 600 square meters of garden equipped with comfortable seating, outdoor shower and BBQ. Two free parking spaces are available.

Summer house of 85 square meters directly in the marina of Porto Cervo, the hot spot on the Costa Smeralda. The house has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. From the living room you have access to the terrace and garden with a view of the marina, which is equipped with a dining table and lounge area. From the terrace you have direct access to the exclusive harbor with its luxurious yachts. The piazza and the center of Porto Cervo are only 5 minutes away.

In an oasis of greenery at a stone's throw from the sea, villa in a luxuriant complex with beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, beach and private harbour. Air conditioning, WIFI, BBQ. I started this experience in the summer of 2017 and am very pleased with the appreciation I received from guests.

Casa Jana was born from a renovation started in 2022 and completed this year. It represents the novelty in the area. The house is located in the village of Barrabisa a few minutes from the Angolo Azzurro beach, Isola dei Gabbiani and Porto Pollo. Palau is located about 5 km away from where you can visit the Maddalena archipelago. The central location in the village favors privacy and tranquility from the summer crowds.
