Villa Rachele offers two apartments and one bedroom with bathroom, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments are composed of: separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if requested there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available to guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. Ideal for a romantic stay, whether for those who are passionate about nature and culture (you can visit wineries and mills nearby, or the most important Marche art cities) for those who choose to take a beach vacation just two kilometers away you can reach the velvety beaches of the Adriatic Riviera, with all the services for fun and leisure.

Newly renovated attic, within walking distance of the sea and the city center. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to spend your vacation in full relaxation with sea views. It's on the third floor without an elevator. The flat can comfortably accommodate three people and also has a sofa bed for one additional guest. Among the various comforts offered you will find one coffee per day per guest with a waffle machine, tea, and herbal teas. However, we do not guarantee ironed sheets. :)

The old brick farmhouse is located near the historic center. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. There is a garden and an olive grove with 70 olive trees. The farmhouse is also 10 km away from the sea. There is a beautiful pool to relax in 😍 This is the official listing to ask for info. Air-conditioned attic 100 meters from the sea

Open-space attic of about 80 square meters. The building has 3 floors with an elevator, and the attic is reached by a flight of stairs. Inside, there is a living area with a dining table, a kitchen with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, a TV, and a sofa bed. The double bed is near the terrace overlooking the sea and in summer is set up with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a new shower, washing machine and sink. The area is well served and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Located in the hills of Montecosaro in a quiet and private location, this accommodation enjoys a wonderful sea view and a beautiful view of the Conero. Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.
