This cozy and well-kept apartment, free on three sides, has been recently renovated, and careful maintenance of the interiors and exteriors is carried out every year. The advantage of this elegant accommodation is that everything is within walking distance: the long and wide equipped beach, sailing sports, catamaran tours to the Islands where you can enjoy delicious lunches on board, fish restaurants, and pizzerias overlooking the sea. A stocked market is just a short walk from the house and the car is only needed to go to Palau! (6 km)

Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.
