Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Appartamento vintage, dotato di una camera da letto luminosa, ampia cucina e bagno funzionale. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, fermata del principale autobus lungo la via. A 3 minuti a piedi dal lungomare (che porta in centro). 5 minuti di macchina dal porto, aeroporto; 10 minuti dal Mater e Ospedale civile. Quartiere tranquillo, provvisto di tutti i servizi (farmacia, tabacchi e supermercato). Situato nei pressi delle uscite per SS e NU, per arrivare in poco tempo S.Teodoro e Orosei.

La maison se trouve à 650 m de l'une des plus belles plage de la Sardaigne. Seule la Macchia vous sépare de la plage avec une vue sur les deux baies de la baia di delphini et de l'isola dei gabbiani. Un chemin privé à travers la Macchia vous mènera vers la plage en 2 minutes à pieds, vélo ou en voiture. Nettoyage 3x par semaine inclus.
