The apartment, completely renovated in 2024, is located inside the Punta Asfodeli residence, located on the beach of the same name. It is precisely the proximity to the sea that makes its location unique. The beach is free and the shallow, sheltered sea is ideal for children. In the residence there are tennis courts, soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, a playground, and free parking. The house is a three-room apartment located on the first floor, with a furnished terrace overlooking the greenery.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Situation centrale par rapport aux services utiles et nécessaires, à une distance maximale de 2 km des plages de la région, à 1 heure des sites touristiques magnifiques mais éloignés, et à 2 minutes du port de plaisance. Les arrêts de bus gratuits et payants se trouvent juste en face de la copropriété.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

The bungalow is located about 100 meters from the main house. Independent entrance and parking. Ideal for those who love to be in the midst of the tranquility of nature and travel with animals. A few kilometers (6/10) from the beaches and tourist centers of the Costa Smeralda.
