Welcome to our home in downtown San Benedetto del Tronto. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, 350 meters from the station, 100 meters from the bus stop for airport lines and close to bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is spread over 4 floors, the first 2 of which are at your disposal with private entrance, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioners. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. On the 2nd floor is the double bedroom with balcony, wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.

A delightful Bijoux in the heart of the city

The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

“The fisherman's rest” house

“Il riposo del pescatore” vacation home is a detached house a 5-minute walk from the sea. The location allows easy and quick access to all the amenities of the center without neglecting the tranquility of the street. The environment is composed as follows: entrance to living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and laundry space. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Completing the whole is an additional mezzanine floor with hallway/study and bedroom with 2 beds.

La Casa delle Rondini is an accommodation located in the historic center of Fermo, close to the square, main museums and services. A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km). A few meters away there is a parking lot with a time disc, and just a little further away there is a 24-hour free maxi-parking lot.

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You'll arrive downtown with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and Papal Paperboard. Quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, easily accessible on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!
