Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

On the first floor, there is a terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming pool with a comfort area. Inside, there is a bright living room with a kitchenette and bathroom. First floor: 3 bedrooms with sea view and bathroom. The house is surrounded by the Mediterranean garden, equipped with a relaxation area, barbecue, and private parking. The house is equipped with all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, air conditioning and a swimming pool for private use.

The Banano house overlooks the sea, has a private pool and a backyard with banana plants and a barbecue. The outdoor spaces are furnished for dining and sunbathing poolside. The room has a double bed or two single beds, your choice. The living room is spacious and equipped with a fireplace, two comfortable sofa beds and a dining table.
