The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Delightful studio apartment in the picturesque village of Capraia Island. Recently renovated with excellent materials. Bed linens and towels included. 4 induction burners, dishwasher, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment is near the Castle, a few hundred meters from the Port, reachable on foot or by shuttle bus. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.
