Nice cottage with various terraces. Always place in the shade, which is very welcome. It is at a holiday park (was not completely clear to me in advance) and there is little to nothing to do at that park. The sea is definitely more than 200 meters.

The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Extremely kind hosts who are available to help and recommend for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the very clean accommodation, with plenty of sheets, towels, even from the sea, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can spend your time pleasantly, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real gem just a step away from the historic center. To come back I would put the signature on it.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Many thanks to the great host!

We LOVED Eleonora's house! The setting is exceptional! The large garden, terrace and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sea view and the surrounding forest. The singing of the many birds adds charm to the place. The house itself is well-equipped, spacious and very pleasant too. We were with a 1 year old baby and a 5 year old child. High chair, baby bed and baby bath are available. Less than 20 minutes away we were able to enjoy beautiful beaches and walks, especially near the Costa paradisio and isola rossa. a little further we loved castelsardo and santa teresa de gallura in particular. Eleonora and her mom were very welcoming and available! One of the best places we were able to stay. Thank you! We hope to return someday and we will definitely recommend this place to our loved ones.

What a lovely place ! Seeing the sunrise and sunset from the patio and/or balcony was absolutely stunning. The house was spacious and very clean, could do with some minor tweaks. The bars and restaurants are within walking distance and there is loads to see if you venture out by car. We would definitely come back

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

This is a beautiful apartment very nicely decorated and clean. It is in a really great location in the old district with amazing views and a lovely balcony to sit on. It was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning in the bedroom really helped and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to receive a welcoming bottle of wine and to find ice blocks in the freezer and a sun umbrella in the flat, which were essential on the beach. The only thing you need to aware of is there are a lot of steps up to and in the apartment, it's on three levels. as it's in the old town the roads are very narrow and parking tricky. But We were able to find parking in the square by the church opposite. Franco was very quick in responding to messages in all an excellent host. Thank you

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.
