A new, spacious and central apartment

Anneliese is a great host, very kind and explained a lot to us. The apartment has a great price-performance ratio, we felt very comfortable. Of course, some things could be renewed and renovated, but for this price you definitely can't wish for a nicer apartment!

Fernanda is a great host, I highly recommend her. She is very friendly and very communicative. We had great time together going out to different places. Also had many great conversation as well. I really enjoyed the city a lot. Everything was close by, great food and many good places with really nice views. I went out of the summer season, so the the city was very pleasant to visit without the crowd that usually occurs during summer. I hope to visit the city again and Fernanda as well.

Juana was very welcoming, always available to offer advice about the city and things to visit. Their homemade breakfasts are simply skisitos, and I would say very maternal as well. The presence of Juana and Armando was an important part of what I was looking for in my trip: the encounter with the other, the sharing, creating relationships despite one being a traveler and then passing through. For this reason, for example, if at first the echo of not having a copy of the house key seemed to me a limitation, in the days I saw how this situation pushes you to create and have contacts with Juana and Armando, and not to stay in a shyness and in a "private" routine of travel that do not allow you to find the person who hosts you in their house. Thank you very much, Juana and Armando, for welcoming me and taking care of me in those first missionary days! :)

Very grateful to Mrs. Mariana. We were just passing by one night, we rested super well, the bed comfortable and Sra very attentive, even made us a snack since we did not have to be able to have breakfast, got us rich empanadas from the neighbor. We were satisfied and grateful to Her. Thank you so much!! We felt right at home.

We adore! The place is super well located, the wonderful breakfast, and the rooms were clean, with the air conditioning on, leaving the ideal environment to enter. The only problem was the delay in the reservation response and the fact that the bed had a broken foot. The chamberhouse had to improvise with a brick as there was no other room available for change.

The apartment is brand new, modern and well meets the needs of those who seek to rest and at the same time, close to the costanera, where the bars and restaurants are located. Equipment and supplies that make life easier for guests. The community with hosts is fast and they are very helpful. I recommend hosting Vale.
