On our estate you will find Stribor and Antica, a house - castle with a viewpoint, a tavern with a terrace, a cloister garden, an olive grove, an almond orchard and Mediterranean gardens. Here we offer not only accommodation - we offer an experience: quiet evenings with books and candles, breakfast by the fireplace, walks through the olive grove, celebration of important moments in a space that exudes history and warmth.

It ‘s hidden from the noble life and is very attractive and interesting for anyone who wants to spend their holiday in an oasis of peace and away from the bustle of the city life.<br><br>Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju udaljenom samo 1 km od pješčane plaže Posedarje koja nudi prostrani boravak za 10 osoba uz privatni bazen i parking uz sami objekt. Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

Dear guest, welcome to our holiday home Monika! This is commodious house, surrounded by nature and private pool, ideal for all those who like peace and silence. You will have privacy in house, but loud parties after 11pm are not allowed. We recommend arriving with a car because there is 10 min drive to beach area and 15 min to Zadar.
