Welcome to House Antica, a unique holiday home ideal for families and/or groups of friends. It has been crafted over many years – thoughtfully, slowly and with a great deal of love – where every detail has been carefully selected or handmade. Here, you don't feel like you're in accommodation, but like you're in your own home. Located on the Jurjević family farm, you'll immediately feel like part of the community. Surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees, cypresses and other plants that create the special atmosphere of this area.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju udaljenom samo 1 km od pješčane plaže Posedarje koja nudi prostrani boravak za 10 osoba uz privatni bazen i parking uz sami objekt. Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

Dear guest, welcome to our holiday home Monika! This is commodious house, surrounded by nature and private pool, ideal for all those who like peace and silence. You will have privacy in house, but loud parties after 11pm are not allowed. We recommend arriving with a car because there is 10 min drive to beach area and 15 min to Zadar.
