At check in , we will take picture for every guest's passport for city registration purpose, collect city tax 2.5 euro per person per night and cleaning fee 70 euro in cash.

We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, center and shops.

In addition it is possible to use a sofa bed in a living room, which can easily be a private room thanks to the door closing. To reach the house you have to walk 130 steps which are not very tiring.

The house was planned and built in the 60’s by our father, a neapolitan architect who chose this place as his “(buen retiro)/locus amoenus” driven by his love for the sea and for the beauties of the coastal. The house is, therefore, finely furnished and gathers paintings, books and pieces of furniture tastefully collected during a lifetime.
