There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

Situated just 5.9 miles to the Channel Tunnel, 12 miles to Dover Port, 20 minutes drive to Canterbury and ideal if you are attending a wedding at The Old Kent Barn and Hoad Farm. Local amenities within walking distance include; three pubs, local supermarkets, hairdressers and cafe. Hythe seafront is also only a short drive away.

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Eastbrook Studio

1 Bedroom self contained studio, with private entrance(and includes self check in) , which is situated along a beautiful quiet lane, it also has it's own private parking on driveway. The studio comprises of a bedroom, bathroom (wet room)and kitchenette area, which is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, there is also a washing machine if guests wish to use. There is an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Ideally located for trips across the channel. Positioned in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with rolling countryside and access to a plethora of walks from your doorstep. There is a part secluded area to sit and enjoy as well as access to our large family garden. The annexe is detached from our family home and offers private off road parking to the side of the property.

Come and stay in Upper Arpinge Farm, a spacious self contained cottage (attached to the main house) sitting on the white cliffs with views over the English Channel and on the edge of the North Downs Trail at Arpinge, peaceful, secluded and in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Set in 1 acre of lovely well kept gardens, ideal for a quiet getaway, walking or to explore Kent (the garden of England).

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
