Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven School of Painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

Petite maison rénovée avec amour. Elle était avant un garage à bateau, mis à l’abri des tempêtes de l’hiver. D'où son nom Ar Bod ou l'abri en breton. Elle héberge maintenant des amis, des artistes et des voyageurs de passage. Sans vis à vis et à deux pas du littoral, c’est un cocon idéal pour profiter de quelques jours dans le Pays Bigouden et dormir sous les étoiles. At the crossroads of the Bigouden, Glazik and Penn Sardin countries, the "La Grange" gîte, in operation since October 2021, is part of the Moulin de Kerguerhent estate dating from the 18th century. Its central location allows it to have the sea to the north, south and west between 12 and 20 minutes.
