120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

Upper floor: two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two beds) and a bathroom.

Quiet house, sunny but cool in summer and AIR-CONDITIONED. You can enjoy the pool from sunrise to sunset. You are next to the Gardon where you can swim or go canoeing to the Pont du Gard. Close to visit Uzes, Nîmes, Les Cévennes and La Camargue but also Avignon and Arles. In July and August, the minimum rental period is 6 days. On the Pentecost weekend, long weekends and short holidays, rent for a minimum of 3 days, and for the rest of the year, the minimum is 2 nights.

Refurbished in 2018 by a well-known architect, it comprises a private terrace (30 m2), a living-room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bedroom. Located 1 km away from Uzès, an ancient medieval city, the cottage is set on an estate of 6 hectares. Within this wonderful and calm environment, you will also be given the opportunity to spend some relaxing moments around the outside swimming pool and its pool-house.

A little time to relax in this fully equipped apartment in a peaceful location close to the Uzes, Avignon and Nîmes triangle. At the foot of the trails, go canoeing in the Gardon Gorges or stroll to the Pont du Gard. Depending on the terms (reservation periods and modest participation of about ten euros), enjoy the garden with a swimming pool, patio, petanque court and barbecue. Don't forget to discover the Camargue with its beaches, its nearby salt pans.

Bright suite attached to our house. There is no kitchen but we will be happy to tell you where to eat nearby. Independent entrance through an airlock leading to the bedroom with a bed (160 x 200 cm), shower and toilet. Bay window opening onto a terrace with private jacuzzi (heated and usable all year round) and a corner with outdoor table. Pool accessible but to share with us. Close to the garrigue and the Baume River.
