Hiša stoji v mirnem vaškem okolju ob vznožju smučarskega središča Krvavec. V poletnem času se v okolici ponuja zelo veliko aktivnosti ( kolesarjenje, planinarjenje, padalstvo,... Pozimi pa smučarsko središče Krvavec ponuja odlične možnosti tako za smučarje začetnike kot tudi izkušene smučarje. Lokacija nastanitve je tudi zelo dobro povezljiva. Nekaj kilometrov stran letališče Jožeta Pučnika, 30 km do glavnega mesta Ljubljana, 35 km do edinstvene lokacije Blejsko jezero.
