We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Cozy, 34-meter studio in the center, located on the top, fifth floor (building with elevator). The apartment is located in a renovated, historic tenement house, 150 meters from the Old Square. There is a bed and a double sofa for additional guests. The apartment is very sunny, the windows overlook Garbary Street. Nearby a lot of service points, shops and attractions that can be seen in Poznań. Close to the old town. Office building, after 6 p.m. no tenants except guests on the fifth floor.

The apartment is located within walking distance from numerous bars, restaurants or discos (400 or 500m). Public transport, shops, galleries are all within easy reach. Sports and recreational infrastructure is also nearby if you are planning a family or sporting trip.

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green housing estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if you need anything else, I am close – I live with my family next door.
