We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Hello :) I would like to offer you a charming apartment located in the old heart of the city in a quiet street. A good place to start if you want to visit Poznan or plan business meetings. The apartment is located within walking distance from numerous bars, restaurants or discos (400 or 500m). Public transport, shops, galleries are all within easy reach. Sports and recreational infrastructure is also nearby if you are planning a family or sporting trip.

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green housing estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if you need anything else, I am close – I live with my family next door.
