Our pondside cottage in Poznań is the perfect place for intimate family or social gatherings, with no shared areas – half of a semi-detached house with a separate entrance, its own gate and driveway – complete privacy with a view of the pond and the woods. The area is the Cybina Valley, which is part of the Natura 2000 network. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and barbecue, and the other on the first floor. PKP Poznań Antoninek railway station, bus stops and grocery shops are 700 metres away. There are two kitchenettes in the house and, importantly, 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a restaurant Plan, where you can have a tasty breakfast and drink delicious coffee. 60 m further in the Bezowa confectionery you can enjoy meringue cakes in 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can quickly reach the main attractions of the city on foot, such as the Old Market Square (15 min), Ostów Tumski with the cathedral (20 min), Lake Malta (15 min), and the Citadel (25 min).
