Villa holiday rentals in Prades-le-Lez

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maison extrêmement propre, très bien équipée, conforme à la description. Dans une impasse très calme et à proximité des axes routiers. A noter l'Aldi à 400 m permettant de faire des courses rapidement. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine pendant une semaine très chaude. La maison climatisée est un réel atout. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont touchées. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand und die gute erreichbarkeit von Montpelleir haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the end of July, the villa was spotless and exactly as described with every amenity you could want. The outside area was a particular highlight with a full outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a great pool with a separate relaxation pool that we used all the time. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace throughout the day. The villa is in a quiet location and not overlooked, we found it to be really relaxing and peaceful. The village is a short walk away with regular market and small shops and bars, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. Géraldine and Laurent were fantastic hosts who met us on arrival and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. We did not need to contact them during the stay but always felt we could if we needed to. We had a wonderful two weeks in the villa, and hope to return again soon.

Logement fabuleux, extrêmement bien équipé et avec une super literie! Tout était impeccable. Fabien a été parfait, très accueillant, disponible, réactif avec de nombreux conseils utiles..bref un hôte et un logement de grande qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent week end et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Je recommande vivement!

superbe endroit au calme , au top entre Montpellier et la mer , très belle maison tout équipé et fait pour ce sentir comme à la maison , plusieurs terasse et agrémenter d'une magnifique piscine et sa plage tout cela fermer pour les enfants Très compréhensif pour mes demandes , j'ai passer un agréable séjour Merci à vous

Belle et grande maison avec tout le confort moderne. Grand jardin avec piscine dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter pendant notre séjour familiale du Nouvel an... Par contre la maison était très bien chauffée. Le propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil et accordé une flexibilité appréciable sur les horaires. Je recommande...

We hebben een hele fijne week gehad! Het huis was erg ruim, schoon en prettig. De tuin was geweldig: veel leuke zitjes, het zwembad was ruim en de jacuzzi heerlijk met een erg mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving: mooie wandelmogelijkheden, het strand is goed bereikbaar, Montpellier is een halfuurtje rijden en de wijnhuizen zijn vlakbij. Frédéric is een vriendelijk persoon, die snel reageert. Oftewel: dit vakantiehuis is een absolute aanrader!

Tout était parfait, maison impeccabe avec tous les équipements nécessaires très propre. Piscine superbe très bien sécurisée. Les propriétaires supers très à l'écoute et très réactifs !! Nous avons passé 15 jours dans un havre de paix très calme sans aucun vis-à-vis. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir !!!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i huset til Marc og Sarah! Vi er en familie på fire som bodde i huset i ca 10 uker. Vi hadde en upåklagelig tid fra start til slutt. Huset og hagen er svært pent, og ligger i den koselige landsbyen Assas. Stedet er ideelt for turer i de vakre omgivelsene rundt eiendommen. Kommunikasjon fra vertene, samt vennlighet og servicen fra hjelperne var fantastisk. Anbefaler alle å besøke huset!

A little slice of paradise on the doorstep of a vibrant market town. The house was beautiful - spacious, well-equipped - in the most wonderful grounds with a glorious pool. We were a stone’s throw from the centre of town with incredible day and night markets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more. Chantal was a perfect host - calling to check we’d settled in - and Irina met us to handover keys and show us round. We’ve searched for almost two decades for the perfect place in France - we think we’ve just found it…

Logement très bien, au calme et à proximité d’ un centre équestre, spacieux, bien équipé dans l’ensemble et notamment pour des enfants avec chaise haute, lit parapluie, et des jeux et livres. Alarme sur la piscine. Cabane en extérieur. Vélos. Yohan très accueillant.

Het huis is erg mooi en leuk ingericht. Ruime woon en eetkamer en twee ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Het zwembad en heel groot (en diep) en ziet er mooi uit. Er zijn genoeg bedjes en een fijne zithoek. Er is ook genoeg schaduw van grote parasols. Omgeving is mooi en dichtbij leuke steden zoals Montpellier en Beziers. Verder ook genoeg te doen. Supermarkt en bakker en pizzeria om de hoek op 3 minuten rijden.

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans une villa superbe, propre, parfaitement agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le cadre est à la fois chaleureux et apaisant, idéal pour un séjour reposant. Ludovic, notre hôte, a été absolument adorable : extrêmement disponible, réactif et très arrangeant, notamment concernant nos contraintes horaires. Il a répondu avec patience et bienveillance à toutes nos questions. Une expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Dès le début, la communication a été fluide. Erwan et Stephanie n’était pas là à notre arrivée mais les parents adorables nous ont accueillis. Nous avons organisé une visio avec Stephanie pour faire le point. Tout est identique à l’annonce, nous n’avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Erwan et Stephanie sont très arrangeants.
