Balcony with deck, hammock and private garden. The entire house is on one level, with no steps or stairs and easy access for children, the elderly and people with any mobility issues. Em 20 min, por uma trilha descendo o morro, que sai de dentro do condomínio, você está na praia da Silveira, ideal para fazer uma caminhada. Temos portaria 24h.
