Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

5-minute walk to the beach: Santa Rita and Pereque-Mirim

Our place is designed to create a relaxing atmosphere for guests! We have beach chairs, cooler, barbecue utensils, full kitchen and TV streaming so you can enjoy your trip! We are 300m from Perequê Mirim Beach, 750m from Santa Rita Beach (via trail) and 900m from Enseada. The center of Ubatuba is 15-20min drive away. The region also has several restaurants and nearby conveniences, being possible to do everything on foot!
