The house has been completely renovated, it is very well located in the southern corner of Ferrugem in a quiet place, it has 85 sq. meters plus a deck of 65 sq. meters and is 100 meters from the sea. It has a large fenced and wooded lot. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10-minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. The land has a privileged geographical formation in its surroundings, which allows you to see the sea and how the waves are.
