Residential located near Praia da Cal and Guarita, where you can easily arrive in 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. This is also the time to get to the city center. The house is located in the back of the Residential complex, which has 2 more houses in the front. The space is not shared with other guests. The house has all the utensils for your stay.
