Charming one-bedroom beachfront apartment located on the beach in Ponta das Canas, with a beautiful sea view. The building has a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a playground and a communal laundry room. It has direct access to the beach. The flat is on the third floor. The building does not have a lift. Each guest is entitled to a parking space, but they are allocated on a rota basis. We can accommodate two adults and two children, or a maximum of three people, of whom three can be adults.
