On the rooftop, we have another 72m2 of pure leisure with a deck that has a spa, countertop and barbecue, table, sun loungers and a washbasin. The condominium has a WTP (water treatment plant), swimming pool, concierge and parking. It accommodates 5 people with an extra mattress.
