Flat do Paulo is excellent, he answers the messages and clarifies the doubts, of easy location and close to the beach. The flat also has wonderful people who work at the reception. I have loved the stadia and I will certainly return beyond referring to family and friends.

The stay in this apartment was amazing! The apê is beautiful, equipped, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, plus spacious and with a balcony with a very nice view of Praia do Canto. Besides, its location is VERY good, I think this is one of the biggest highlights. It has several good restaurants and commercial establishments, cafes, useful shops, just a few meters away. I needed transportation only in pre-arranged appointments, but since everything is close in VIX, it was very quiet. The host is extremely helpful as well as the management of the building. It was all very cool and I will definitely return to this one if I go to Vitória again.

Safe,quiet building and good location. Has supermarkets,bakery and restaurants close by. The description of the apto is perfect. An environment that is good to rest,without noise and with a wonderful network. The very polite and helpful host for required information I highly recommend it for sure.

the hostess super requests as soon as the reservation was made. The apt was clean with bed linen exchanged well-equipped kitchen, we didn't miss anything, we felt at home,as for the location of the side of the black beach, super recommend and we'll be back soon
