Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia de Guarajuba

A house worth staying at. Quiet and safe condominium, very close to the village where there are shops and restaurants, less than a 3-minute walk. Market and pharmacy in front of the condominium. The house is 400 meters from the beach, but access is flat, shaded and pleasant. I was with my little dogs and two elderly people, one with mobility issues, and yet it was quite easy to access the beach. The house has a great employee, Luciana, who gives great tips on the area. We hired Luciana separately to cook, and it was great. Good food, organized, proactive and punctual. The pool was not heated, but the temperature was pleasant. Eduardo's space is good for pets, as it is fenced and there is nothing that poses a risk to dogs. My dogs loved it and enjoyed it, We had a problem with hot water for bathing, which took a while to resolve, but in the end everything worked out and it didn't affect our stay. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The house is beautiful, elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. The indicated employees were efficient and the food made by Regina delicious. Christine has been perfect since booking day. Always very attentive, proactive, efficient and fast in response. Very solicitous, always willing to help. Received us with a delicious basket! The beach is almost private and very beautiful. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk through the beautiful condo. Super recommend staying in this magazine house!

Our experience at Edson's house was amazing! From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, making everything easier. The house is just like in the ad, comfortable and very well cared for. We enjoy every moment and undoubtedly want to go back.

The house is amazing! Sra Jussara is very attentive and her home is super comfortable and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to all you need. The decor is beautiful and the house has a special charm. I felt at home from the first moment. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. I have Air B&B a few places in Brazil and this was absolutely the cleanest and correctly represented property I have stayed at. The kitchen had every bowl, toaster, air-fryer, storage container, spatula, etc... that I would ever need. I could of lived here for ever and not had to purchase any kitchen equipment. This is the fist place I have ever stayed that was this well set up. The entire property was immaculate clean!! The inside smelled so nice and clean when we arrived. We also used Anderson's cleaning service and WOW she was incredible. The pool was cleaned daily. There where an entire community of monkeys that came into the trees on the property on one day it was awesome to watch. Best place I have stayed yet you wont regret booking this house.

Rejane responds very quickly; helpful and polite. Casa is great, spacious rooms, the condominium is beautiful with a large swimming pool. The surrounding countryside is also enchanting. We love the stay, with family, children, doguinho.

FANTASTIC! We recommend! Our experience was amazing!!! [March/2025] Great location!!! Near the TAMAR, close to the beach, close to restaurants, bars and general commerce. The apartment is all decorated, equipped and was very clean! It still has very good infrastructure! Pool area with chairs and umbrellas, freezers, 24-hour concierge and 2 parking spaces. The reception was good and the ease of check-in and check-out was also a positive point. The balcony is very nice, spacious and airy, with sofa and a table. The living room is small, integrated into the kitchen and has a sofa, TV, cabinets and air-conditioning. The kitchen is very equipped, has a table, minibar, fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove and many household appliances. The 1st room has 2 single beds, with 2 extra mattresses, very spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd pav room has 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. It's well worth it!

The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. The condominium is super quiet, quiet, great to rest with the family and close to restaurants, bakery, hamburger, etc… The apartment was impeccable, super clean, well-equipped, smelly and extremely comfortable. In addition, Larissa was super available and attentive. We'll definitely be back whenever we can. We really love it!

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!
